✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦
GENERAL- I won’t send you the CLIP/SAI file (extra price), only the PNG one.
- You can repost the artwork with credits.
- Commissions are for personal use only.
- May take between 1-7 weeks depending on the complexity.
- My signature/watermark will always be in the drawing.
- I am allowed to post your commissions (with low quality or watermark).
- I can make big changes in the drawing if I haven’t started the lineart. At that point you’ll have to pay an extra depending on what you want to change.
- I will refuse commissions that make me uncomfortable.
- Finished piece sent by email.
- I start with the commission once all the payment is made.
- No refund.
- I will send you a WIP If you wish your commission not to be uploaded on the internet, please tell me beforehand.
- By purchasing any of my services you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service.
- Not reading them won’t exempt you.REVISIONSI usually send wips in each of the steps (sketch, line-art, base colour, shadows, etc). Each of these must be approved to move on to the next.Revisions and edits. If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.- After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. The commissioner only has 3 chances to change something after the sketch has been approved. After this the price may increase depending on the number of changes made.
- If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYIf there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.If you want the commission for a specific day just tell me!The commission will be delivered through email given by the client.USEI, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSThe client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.PROHIBITE ACTIONS- Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
- Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- I am against my art being used as NFT, so please if that is your idea DO NOT COMMISSION MEPAYMENTS AND REFUNDS- I accept payment in USD. All USD payments will be taken via Paypal/Binance only.
- You will be given 24 hours to pay after you give me all the ref and details.
- The payment will be 50% after all the indications and 50% after I give the final product (in poor quality/with a watermark to prevent scams).
- It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent.
- No refundsCOMMUNICATIONDiscussion of commissions can be conducted via Instagram (@pip0_pi) / Discord Chat (Pip0pi) / Email ([email protected])- Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
- Pose, facial expression, similar examples of props that you would like to see added as well as specific backgrounds in image format or detailed text will be appreciated.
- If your character is brand new with no pictures of it currently. Please take the time to find color refs, hair refs, clothes refs, etc for the character.
